Kauai Bikini will make every effort to ensure
prompt delivery. Orders will ship within 2-3
business days via USPS. Shipping and handling
costs are a flat rate of $5.00 to the U.S.,
$22.00 to Canada and Mexico, and $25.00 for
International orders. Please note for International
orders that Customs Fees/Import Duties are
not part of shipping fees. Your packages may
be subject to the customs fees and import
duties of the country to which you have your
order shipped. These charges are always the
recipient's responsibility.

Kauai Bikini wants you
to be happy with your purchase. If you don't
like a product you can return or exchange
it. All returned or exchanged merchandise
must be in a new and unused condition: not
worn, washed or stained with all tags connected.
Please note due to hygienic reasons thong
bottoms cannot be returned or exchanged. Shipping
and handling fees are not refundable. Return
and exchange shipping costs are the responsibility
of the customer. We cannot accept "bill recipient"
packages.
Should any item fail to meet your expectations, please take the following steps to return or exchange it within 30 days from the date of delivery.

Contact our customer service department (service@kauaibikini.com) to request a Return Authorization Number (RAN). Please include the following information: your name, order number, items you are returning and the reason why. We will then contact you and give you a Return Authorization Number. Items returned without an authorization may be returned at our discretion.

All returns must be shipped within 30 days
from the date of delivery. Please include
a copy of your invoice with the returned goods.
You must use some form of delivery confirmation
or tracking when sending your package; allowing
us to verify that the item was shipped to
us. The customer assumes all return shipping
costs.
If you are requesting an exchange, please
include your requirements on the backside
of your original invoice. Please be specific
using style numbers, sizes, and colors needed.
Refunds will be issued directly to the credit
card or PayPal account on the original sale.
You will be refunded the original amount minus
shipping costs.
